She joined PONTI & PARTNERS in 2021. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Sciences from the University of Granada. In the academic year 2022-2023 she was awarded the EUIPO Trade Mark and Design Education Programme for paralegals, focused on the legal framework of European Union trade marks and Community designs and on the interactions between the EUIPO and IP paralegals in the trade mark and design fields.
Her practice involves monitoring the trademark registration process with the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office (OEPM), the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) and foreign trademark offices.
