Lawyer and mediator. She joined PONTI & PARTNERS in 2001.
She has a degree in Law from Abat Oliva University (Barcelona) and a Master’s degree in Intellectual Property and Information Society from ESADE. She has also completed several IP specific courses.
Her practice includes general advice on Intellectual Property issues, national and international trademark proceedings (both administrative and judicial), judicial reviews before the national and European courts, domain name disputes and licensing matters.
Member of the AIPPI, the Barcelona Bar Association (ICAB) and the International BAR Association.
She has been a mediator in the civil and commercial field since 2023 and is registered in the Registry of Mediators and Mediation Institutions of the Ministry of Justice.
She is fluent in English and, Catalan and Spanish are her native languages.
