Lawyer. He joined PONTI & PARTNERS in 2017 as a result of the integration of the company Morgades Rio Renter, SLP.
He holds a Degree in Law from the University of Barcelona.
He deals with Intellectual Property issues and advises all types of customers, especially in relation to trademark issues such as conflicts with national, EU and international trademarks, or the drawing up of license agreements and expert opinions in relation to IP disputes. He has given several training sessions to different clients and entities of a broader scope, such as the employers’ association CECOT.
He has attended annuals meetings of the International Trademark Association (INTA) and the European Communities Trademark Association (ECTA).
He is a member of the International Trademark Association (INTA).
He speaks fluent English and Italian, as well as Spanish and Catalan.
