A patent expert in electromechanics, he joined PONTI in 2015. He is a registered European Patent Attorney since 2012.
He holds a degree in Electronics Engineering from Catalonia Polytechnic University. His practice includes the preparation and prosecution of patent applications (national, EP, PCT, US, etc.) in several technical fields, including: electronics, mechanics, computer-implemented methods, image processing, medical devices, telecommunications, physics and optics. He also conducts searches of the state of the art and prepares reports on patentability and infringement, deals with opposition procedures and responses to official actions in different countries, and provides general advice about intellectual property.
He is a member of the European Patent Institute (EPI) and an authorised Consultant by ACCIÓ (Agency for Business Competitiveness).
His working languages are: Catalan, Spanish and English.
