Registered Patent and Trademark Attorney and European Union Trademark and Design Attorney since 2015. She joined PONTI in 2004. She earned his degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Barcelona. In addition, she holds a Master’s degree in Industrial and Intellectual Property from ESADE. She has also completed several IP specific courses before the SPTO, EUIPO, WIPO and WIPO.
Her practice includes comprehensive advice on Intellectual Property for all kinds of companies and institutions and prosecuting trademarks before the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office (SPTO), the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) and other foreign trademark offices,
She is an expert in defining strategies for an optimal expansion of trademarks abroad, as well as managing large trademark portfolios.
Moreover, she has extensive experience in processing and obtaining international trademarks before the World Intellectual Property Organization.
Member of the AGESORPI and COAPI. Authorised Consultant by ACCIÓ (Agency for Business Competitiveness).
She is fluent in English and, Catalan and Spanish are her native languages.
