A patent expert in the fields of chemistry and the technology of materials, she joined PONTI in 1995. Since 2007 she is partially qualified as a European Patent Attorney.
With a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from Catalonia Polytechnic University, her practice includes drafting and prosecuting patent applications, technological watches and intellectual property counselling for the chemical industry and related technology areas. She also carries out infringement studies and validity opinions, and has a wide knowledge of USPTO policies and procedures. She handles patent portfolios in the fields of medical chemistry, industrial chemistry, nanotechnology, materials and metallurgy.
Her working languages are: Spanish, Catalan, English and French.
