Lawyer. She joined PONTI & PARTNERS in 2004. Previously, she practiced as IP lawyer in other important IP firms.
She earned her degree in Law from Abat Oliva University (CEU) in Barcelona and a Master’s degree in Intellectual Property from the University of Alicante (Magister Lvcentinvs). Moreover, she regularly attends specialization courses and seminars in IP.
She handles major clients’ IP rights portfolios around the world offering global advice. Her practice includes advice on IP matters worldwide (trademarks, patents, designs, copyright and unfair competition) and the defense of our clients’ rights before the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office (OEPM), the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), foreign IP offices and Courts (Spanish Courts and the General Court of the EU). She is an expert in litigation proceedings before the General Court of the European Union.
Her practice also encompasses licensing, assignment of IP rights, contentious-administrative proceedings, infringement and validity issues, as well as disputes over domain names filed in bad faith.
She is a member of the Barcelona Bar Association (ICAB), the AIPPI, the International BAR Association and INTA.
Her working languages are Spanish, Catalan and English, and she has a basic knowledge of French.
