Lawyer. She joined PONTI & PARTNERS in 1989.
She holds a degree in Law from the University of Barcelona and has completed several specialization courses in Intellectual Property.
Her long working experience includes advising clients on IP matters worldwide, prosecuting trademarks before the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office, the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) and other foreign trademark offices, as well as the litigation before the Spanish courts and the European Court of Justice regarding trademark issues.
She is an expert in the restoration of rights, having obtained the restoration of dozens of patents and protection certificates, as well as in administrative litigation proceedings, in particular, appeals to the Supreme Court.
Moreover, she has extensive experience in processing and obtaining collective and certification marks before the EUIPO.
Member of the AIPPI, the Barcelona Bar Association (ICAB) and International BAR Association (IBA).
Her working languages are Catalan, Spanish and English.
