Lawyer. He joined PONTI in 2015.
He earned his degree in Law from the Autonomous University of Barcelona and holds a Master’s degree in ICT Law, Social Networks and Intellectual Property (IP&IT) from ESADE and a Master’s Degree in Civil Litigation from Barcelona Bar Association (ICAB).
His practice includes advice on IP Rights all over the World and the defence our clients’ rights before the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office (SPTO), the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), Foreign Offices and the Courts, not only Spanish Courts but the General Court of the EU in Luxembourg as well.
He also practices on IP licensing and IP infringement claims against e-commerce and social media platforms.
Member of the Bar Association of Barcelona (ICAB).
His native languages are Catalan and Spanish, and he is fluent in English
