PONTI & Partners (PONTI) and ORIM Consulting (Orim) have signed a collaboration agreement with the aim of creating a project office, which allows companies to approach and advise on the different public financing instruments, including Next Generation Funds. Thanks to this strategic alliance, PONTI, a leading Catalan firm in the Industrial and Intellectual Property sector, with more than 85 years of professional experience, incorporates a new consulting business line based on carrying out legal and financial consulting activities, including advice to third parties in the different branches of economic and business activity, and offering a support service for the optimization of investments in R&D&i, through the use of the different Public Financing instruments and the participation in R+D+I financing programs, adapted to different sectors of activity, which it will offer to its clients through ORIM.
For its part, Orim, with more than 10 years of professional experience, offers specialized services in public financing and management of R&D&i, which with this agreement reinforces its services of strategy and exploitation of Intellectual and Industrial Property, providing its clients the possibility of deepening the study of their technology, assessing its possible registrability and carrying out its protection through the tools offered by Industrial and Intellectual Property, as well as analyzing whether it is likely to violate the rights of others.
PONTI thus continues its growth trend, after having integrated in 2017 the firm Morgades del Río Renter, S.L.P. and its corresponding client portfolio, and is consolidated, through the project office created together with ORIM, as an essential ally for recurring advice to companies and research centers.
