However, our status as Spanish and European Qualified Attorneys (EQE) is a specific and highly relevant element of professional qualification for clients who entrust us with the management of their matters, as they are placing their trust in a specialised multidisciplinary team, which has passed highly complex admission exams to the profession and is obliged to undergo continuous training, as well as to comply with certain requirements of transparency and professional collegiate control.

All these aspects of professional ethics and regulations guarantee our clients a responsible and technically solvent service with a scrupulous treatment of possible conflicts of interest that may arise in the representation of their matters.

With regard to our organisational structure, in 2012, PONTI & PARTNERS, SLP adopted the legal form of Professional Limited Liability Company, following the mandate of Law 2/2007, which considerably increases the level of legal requirements in terms of guarantees and liability regime for companies providing professional services.
