She joined PONTI & PARTNERS in 2025 and has over 12 years of experience in other renowned firms specialized in Industrial Property.
She holds a degree in Design from ELISAVA School and a Law degree from the University of Barcelona. She also holds a Master’s in Digital Law and the Information Society from the same university and has completed several specialized courses in IP.
Her experience includes advising on Industrial Property at an international level from both an offline perspective (trademarks, designs, utility models, patents, copyright) and an online one (domain names, brand protection). She has also managed portfolios of major international clients.
She currently develops strategies and solutions to meet the evolving needs of clients, while identifying emerging trends and defining new actions to drive business growth at PONTI & PARTNERS.
Her dual background in law and design gives her a versatile professional profile, allowing her to understand and respond to client needs from both a legal and creative perspective.
She is a member of the Barcelona Bar Association (ICAB).
She speaks fluent English and her native languages are Catalan and Spanish.
