Lawyer. She joined PONTI & PARTNERS in 2023.
She previously practised as a lawyer in other renowned international firms specialised in Intellectual Property.
She holds a Law Degree from the Universitat de Barcelona and a Master’s Degree in Intellectual and Industrial Property, ICT and Social Media and Intellectual Property from ESADE Business School.
Her practice includes advising on trademarks, patents, designs, trade secrets, copyright and unfair competition law, as well as their protection and defence before national courts, including the EU Trademark and Design Courts, and the Court of Justice of the EU. She also handles licensing and assignment of Industrial Property rights, contentious-administrative matters, infringement and validity matters, requests for border measures or disputes over domain names applied for in bad faith.
She is a member of the Barcelona Bar Association (ICAB).
Her working languages are Spanish, Catalan and English.
