She previously practised as a lawyer in other renowned international firms specialising in Intellectual Property.
She holds a degree in Law and Global Governance from ESADE Business School and a Master’s Degree in Intellectual and Industrial Property.
Her practice includes advising on trademark, patent, design, trade secret, copyright and unfair competition law, as well as their protection and defence before national courts, including the EU Trademark and Design Courts, and the Court of Justice of the EU. She also handles licensing and assignment of Industrial Property rights, contentious-administrative matters, infringement and validity matters, requests for border measures or disputes over domain names applied for in bad faith.
Her working languages are Spanish, Catalan, Italian and English.
