Industrial Organization Engineer. He joined PONTI & PARTNERS in 2017, as a result of the integration of the firm Morgades del Rio Renter, SLP.
He holds a degree in Technical Industrial Engineering (specialising in Industrial Chemistry) and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Organization Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia. He has been involved in Intellectual Property since 2008.
He is a patent expert in the field of mechanics, with more than 10 years of experience in the preparation and prosecution of patent applications (national, EP, PCT, US, etc.), utility models and industrial designs. He focuses his practice on drafting and prosecuting patent applications in several technical fields such as mechanics, medical devices, renewable energies and industrial processes. He also carries out technological watches, freedom to operate studies and reports on patentability and infringement. He also provides advice on general Intellectual Property issues.
His working languages are Spanish, Catalan and English.
